Refund policy

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from our online shop but in the event that you wish to return or exchange items for any reason, you are able to do so within 28 days. 
In order to return items please email us within 14 days of receiving them at shop@designsgalleryonline.co.uk and we will be in touch.

All items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unworn and unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. 

We will send you a returns shipping label and you have up to 14 days to return the items to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us including bearing the cost of the postage/delivery.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
